These are the questions that Inserm research director Nicolas L\u2019Heureux has asked himself every day for a long time, \u00ab like a game \u00bb. An autologous graft continues to remain the best solution, but it is a limited resource. \u00bb Diseases such as stroke, hyperlipidemia, and thrombosis, which have the particularity of being systemic \u2013 in which they attack all vessels to varying degrees \u2013, as well as aging, weaken our vessels.
