According to the researchers, such materials can <a href=\"https:\/\/itc.ua\/en\/news\/the-future-of-processors-mit-has-developed-a-technology-for-creating-chips-from-gallium-nitride\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">replace silicon<\/a> and lead to the emergence of electronic devices that are much faster and smaller.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abProcessors currently operate in gigahertz.
