This tiny, transparent organism is a widely used tool in <a href=\"https:\/\/medicalxpress.com\/tags\/genetic+research\/\" rel=\"tag\" class=\"\">genetic research<\/a> because its see-through body allows scientists to observe live cell behavior, including how cells die.
