We know more or less what it is \u2013 it\u2019s the ball of expanding material ejected by an exploding star, a supernova remnant \u2013 but how it came to be is more of a puzzle.<\/p>\n<p>A large international team led by astrophysicist Miroslav Filipovi\u0107 of Western Sydney University in Australia has named the object Teleios, after the ancient Greek for \u201cperfection\u201d.
