Currently, the majority of licensed influenza vaccines are inactivated <a href=\"https:\/\/medicalxpress.com\/tags\/influenza+vaccine\/\" rel=\"tag\" class=\"\">influenza vaccine<\/a> (IIV) and cold-adapted live-attenuated influenza vaccine (CAIV).
