While the existence of these particles is not new, the exact nature of their <a href=\"https:\/\/phys.org\/tags\/excitation\/\" rel=\"tag\" class=\"\">excitation<\/a> modes has remained elusive.<\/p>\n<p>The study, <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1103\/PhysRevLett.134.081901\" target=\"_blank\">published<\/a> in <i>Physical Review Letters<\/i>, determined the nature by measuring the spin-parity of these charm baryons.
