Case in point: an analysis of electron behavior in a quantum material called <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tantalum_arsenide\">tantalum arsenide<\/a> reveals vortices.<\/p>\n<p>But the story gets weirder. These electrons aren\u2019t spiraling in a physical place \u2013 they\u2019re doing so in a quantum blur of possibility called momentum space.
