Technologies,<\/strong> the umbrella company that includes the brokerage \u2014 will be used to develop the company\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/the-insane-new-ai-tools-available-for-real-estate-agents\/\">AI platform<\/a> known as S.MPLE.
