The research was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/sciadv.adr2319\" target=\"_blank\">published<\/a> on Oct. 30 in the journal Science Advances.<\/p>\n<p>Traditional cameras are designed to stack multiple glass lenses to refract light when capturing images.
