A big part of what\u2019s happening backstage is making those batteries right here, on American soil.<\/p>\n<p>Korean battery maker LG Energy Solution <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/lg-energy-solution-to-power-electric-versions-of-fords-commercial-vans-in-europe-302276115.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced<\/a> recently that it reached an agreement with <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/ford\/\">Ford<\/a> to move production of the <a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.com\/news\/737988\/2025-ford-mustang-mach-e\/\">Ford Mustang Mach-E\u2019s<\/a> batteries from Poland to Michigan starting next year.
