Their device was recognized for its excellence and practicality through its selection as the cover <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/adma.202400930\" target=\"_blank\">article<\/a> of the international journal Advanced Materials.<\/p>\n<p>The team collaborated with Professor Bongjae Lee from KAIST\u2019s Department of Mechanical Engineering and Professor Heon Lee from Korea University\u2019s Department of Materials Science and Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Heating and cooling account for approximately 50% of the global energy consumption, contributing significantly to <a href=\"https:\/\/techxplore.com\/tags\/environmental+problems\/\" rel=\"tag\" class=\"\">environmental problems<\/a> such as global warming and air pollution.
