But what explains how these memories last nearly an entire lifetime?<\/p>\n<p>A new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/sciadv.adl0030\" target=\"_blank\">study<\/a> in the journal <i>Science Advances<\/i>, conducted by a team of international researchers, has uncovered a biological explanation for long-term memories.
