This can cause disturbances for both military and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/be9393db-cd63-4141-a4c8-c16b4fe1b6b0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">civilian transportation and location services<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The quantum-based navigation system is called Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT).
