Lloyd Huck Chair Professor in Nanomedicine and professor of materials science and engineering and of <a href=\"https:\/\/phys.org\/tags\/nuclear+engineering\/\" rel=\"tag\" class=\"\">nuclear engineering<\/a>, published <a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/full\/10.1021\/acsnano.4c01792\" target=\"_blank\">their work <\/a>\u2014the first of its kind, they said\u2014in ACS Nano.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBorophene is a very interesting material, as it resembles carbon very closely including its atomic weight and electron structure but with more remarkable properties.
