In the last three months of 2023, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/us-en\/insights\/consulting\/empowered-consumer?c=acn_glb_cross-productscmediarelations_14101077&n=mrl_0424\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\" title=\"https:\/\/www.accenture.com\/us-en\/insights\/consulting\/empowered-consumer?c=acn_glb_cross-productscmediarelations_14101077&n=mrl_0424\" aria-label=\"Accenture research\">Accenture research<\/a> found that just under three quarters (73%) of consumers reported being inundated by too much choice, and 75% reported feeling bombarded by advertising. This issue of \u201cinformation overload\u201d led to a similar number (74%) walking away from purchases because they felt overwhelmed.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s easy to see why.
