The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jacc.org\/doi\/10.1016\/j.jacc.2022.11.061\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">results<\/a> have been published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology.<\/p>\n<p>During this trial, 537 patients with HFrEF received an injection of about 150 million MPCs straight into the muscular tissue of their hearts \u2014 or a sham treatment with no injection.
