Arbaugh is paralyzed from the shoulders down due to what he describes as a \u201cfreak diving accident.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s all brain power there,\u201d Arbaugh said, referring to his ability to use a mouse and keyboard unassisted.
