But most people using the service were precluded from riding in the city\u2019s dense northeast corner, an area including Fisherman\u2019s Wharf, the Embarcadero, and Chinatown.<\/p>\n<p>Now, the full San Francisco service area will be available to all current Waymo One users\u2014amounting to tens of thousands of people, <a href=\"https:\/\/techcrunch.com\/2023\/10\/09\/waymo-expands-in-san-francisco-while-cruise-feels-the-heat\/\">according to <em>TechCrunch<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em> While it\u2019s a significant increase, not just anyone can use Waymo in SF yet.
