Yet in spite of the passing of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.computerworld.com\/article\/2589345\/computing--in-a-test-tube.html\">30 years<\/a> since the first prototype, most DNA computers have struggled to process more than a few tailored algorithms.<\/p>\n<p>A team researchers from China has now come up with a DNA integrated circuit (DIC) that\u2019s far more general purpose.
