The study is published in <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11357-023-00797-3\" target=\"_blank\"> <i><i>GeroSci<\/i>ence<\/i><\/a><i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><b> Linking diet to \u201chealthspan\u201d <\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Over our lifespans, our <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionguide.pcrm.org\/nutritionguide\/view\/Nutrition_Guide_for_Clinicians\/1342043\/all\/Nutritional_Requirements_throughout_the_Life_Cycle\" target=\"_blank\"> nutrition needs<\/a> change.
