Financial details weren\u2019t disclosed. The sale is expected to close in the final quarter of 2023, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/eqtgroup.com\/news\/2023\/eqt-private-equity-to-sell-sch-lke-a-sustainability-leader-in-infection-prevention-and-treatment-for-the-healthcare-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"\">news release<\/a> Monday.<\/p>\n<p>A representative for the Struengmanns didn\u2019t respond to a request for comment.
