It is considered the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scientificamerican.com\/article\/new-strategies-take-on-the-worst-cancer-glioblastoma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deadliest kind of cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The standard glioblastoma treatment regimen starts with surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible.
