Handley, MD, MSCE,<\/b> an attending neonatologist at The Children\u2019s Hospital of Philadelphia and instructor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, told Healio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, what was the maternal vulnerability in each U.S. county, and then what were the rates of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healio.com\/news\/primary-care\/20230119\/moderate-late-preterm-infants-may-receive-better-care-at-smaller-nicus\" id=rId10 target=_blank>preterm birth<\/a> in those counties?
