Recently, however, he revealed that he is endeavoring to secure at least <a href=\"https:\/\/www.benzinga.com\/news\/23\/03\/31504528\/elon-musk-is-currently-losing-the-most-sleep-over-this-hint-it-isnt-twitter\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">six hours of sleep every night.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/05\/18\/elon-musk-sacrificing-sleep-for-productivity-gave-me-brain-pain.html?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_medium=Social&utm_content=Intl&utm_source=Facebook#Echobox=1685665019\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"\">interview<\/a> with CNBC on Tuesday, Musk said, \u201cI\u2019ve tried to sleep less, but even though I\u2019m awake more hours, I get less done. And the brain pain level is bad if I get less than six hours of sleep per night.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Musk said he often works seven days per week and only takes \u201ctwo or three\u201d truly workless vacation days yearly.
