Perhaps the most famous example of thinking about how to constrain technology so that it doesn\u2019t destroy humanity comes from fiction: Isaac Asimov\u2019s Laws of Robotics.<\/p>\n<p>The laws, explored in Asimov\u2019s works such as the short story <em>Runaround <\/em>and <em>I, Robot, <\/em>are incorporated into all AI as a safety feature in the works of fiction.
