As the sun set, their shimmering glow would spark up the backyard like delicate fairy lights. The fact that living beings could produce light felt like magic.<\/p>\n<p>But it\u2019s not magic. It\u2019s enzymes.<\/p>\n<p>Enzymes are the catalysts of life.
