In addition to a verification badge, the subscription includes \u201cproactive account protection, access to account support, and increased visibility and reach,\u201d a Meta spokesperson said in an email.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg announced the new product via his Instagram Channel, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-02-16\/instagram-adds-feature-to-deliver-posts-directly-to-followers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">service that was unveiled<\/a> in the past week.
