That includes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/chatgpt-amazon-job-interview-questions-answers-correctly-2023-1\" rel=\"\">answering job interview questions<\/a>, writing software code, and creating training documents, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/amazon-chatgpt-openai-warns-employees-not-share-confidential-information-microsoft-2023-1\" rel=\"\">as Insider previously reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One employee said in the Slack channel that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/amazon-aws-struggles-in-saas-business-applications-cloud-market-hubspot-2021-11\" rel=\"\">Amazon Web Services cloud unit<\/a> has created a small working group to better understand AI\u2019s impact on its business. Through testing, this team found ChatGPT does a \u201cvery good job\u201d at answering AWS customer support questions, as most answers are based on public information.
