The tech giant plans to change this before the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe plan to release a human assistant robot called EX1 within this year,\u201d<\/em> vice chairman and CEO of Samsung Electronics, Han Jong-hee, said at a press conference in Las Vegas. (via <em><a href=\"https:\/\/m.pulsenews.co.kr\/view.php?year=2023&no=23649\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pulse<\/a><\/em>) <\/p>\n<p>The company already has a device under its belt called \u201cEX1,\u201d which is a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.m.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Samsung_EX1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decade-old digital camera<\/a>. Evidently, the new EX1 coming this year would be a completely different kind of product, i.e., a \u201chuman assistant robot,\u201d albeit its capabilities remain unknown.
