With that in mind, researchers from the Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay in France have made an intriguing discovery about the film surrounding bubbles.<\/p>\n<p>This film can, in some cases, be up to 8\u00b0C (14.4\u00b0F) cooler than the environment around it, the researchers say.
