You might say that it was all by design.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026and yes it\u2019s 30 miles inland, as that\u2019s part of the design, with many more innovations.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Hundreds of thousands of people in Southwest Florida still don\u2019t have electricity or water.
