Now, the evolution of some robots is on a similar track. Only the pace is much faster. In recent decades, we\u2019ve gone from stationary robots performing repetive tasks to wheeled and four-legged robots. And now, bipedal bots are on the rise.<\/p>\n<p data-incom=\"P1\">Boston Dynamics has famously engineered some of the most advanced bipedal bots in recent memory (e.g., <a href=\"http:\/\/singularityhub.com\/2013\/04\/07\/human-or-robot-harder-to-tell-in-latest-bipedal-robot-petman-video\/\">Petman<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/singularityhub.com\/2015\/01\/23\/overhauled-atlas-robot-ready-to-square-off-against-worlds-elite-robots-this-summer\/\">Atlas<\/a>).
