On top of that, the world\u2019s oceans are already stressed by overfishing, with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/newsroom\/common\/ecg\/1000505\/en\/stocks.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"\">over 70 percent of the world\u2019s fish stocks<\/a> fully exploited, over-exploited, or depleted.<\/p>\n<p>The combination of overuse and climate change could prove deadly for global food security.
