Now, a group of physicists have made the most sophisticated supersolid yet: one that exists in two-dimensions, like a sheet of paper. They published their results in Nature last Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em>\u201cIt\u2019s always been a sort of outstanding goal to bring [supersolids] into two dimensions,\u201d says <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.erbium.at\/FF\/?page_id=38017\">Matthew Norcia<\/a>, a physicist at Innsbruck University in Austria, and lead author of the <em>Nature <\/em>paper.<\/p>\n<p>So what exactly is a supersolid?
