At the same time, the US government <a alt=\"wants\" href=\"https:\/\/in.pcmag.com\/business\/143241\/us-to-pay-52-billion-to-break-our-asian-chip-dependency\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wants<\/a> to spur more domestic chip manufacturing with billions in potential funding.<\/p>\n<p>The big question is which sectors will see the semiconductor supplies improve to the point of overcapacity.
