The asteroid is larger than 90 percent of asteroids, according to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailyrecord.co.uk\/news\/science-technology\/nasa-warns-hazardous-asteroid-size-25385638?_ga=2.106959243.861420498.1636483298-766189988.1635313454\"><em>Daily Record<\/em><\/a>, but still smaller than some of the larger reported asteroids. Thankfully, the asteroid won\u2019t come close enough to our planet to do any damage. Near passes like these happen somewhat frequently. The asteroid has been classified as 4,660 Nereus, and NASA does consider it very hazardous.
