This database will contain photos of anybody who sends images as part of an application for a job that requires fingerprinting or a background check \u2013 even if that person has no criminal record \u2013 according to <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eff.org\/deeplinks\/2014\/04\/fbi-plans-have-52-million-photos-its-ngi-face-recognition-database-next-year\">research <\/a>by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a digital privacy advocacy organization.
