The so-called \u201csuperhero\u201d jab could offer simultaneous, long-term protection against heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer\u2019s disease, and liver disease, thanks to advances in genetic engineering.<\/p>\n<p>This breakthrough treatment would deliver the blueprint of \u201cideal\u201d cells from men and women whose genes are more disease-resistant than those of the average person, together with an \u201cinstruction manual\u201d to help the body \u201crepair, tweak and improve\u201d its own versions.
