The smaller smudges don\u2019t mean that you need glasses, but that you\u2019re seeing tightly packed groups of stars. One of the best-known of these \u201cclouds\u201d or \u201cclusters\u201d \u2014 groups of stars that travel together \u2014 is the Pleiades, also known as the Seven Sisters.
