Philip Davidson, the head of US Indo-Pacific Command at the time, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2021\/mar\/10\/china-could-invade-taiwan-in-next-six-years-top-us-admiral-warns\" target=\"_top\">told<\/a> the Senate Armed Services Committee that China could invade Taiwan in the next six years.<\/p>\n<p>A few days later, Adm.
