Lately it feels like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/how-to\/spacex-launches-a-record-100-plus-satellites-on-a-falcon-9-rocket\/\">SpaceX is doing that every week<\/a>. Liftoff usually starts with a ground-based rocket, which is expensive and time-consuming to launch. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aevumspace.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Aevum<\/a> believes its massive Ravn X drone can do it better, for less money.<\/p>\n<p>At 80 feet long and 18 feet tall, the Ravn X is the world\u2019s biggest drone, says Aevum. Driven by Aevum\u2019s proprietary software, the drone would fly itself to a specified altitude, where it would launch a rocket to deliver a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/features\/how-spacex-starlink-broadband-service-will-envelop-earth-transform-the-sky\/\">payload of small satellites<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnet.com\/news\/orbits-explained-its-hard-to-get-into-space-but-great-once-youre-there\/\">low Earth orbit<\/a>.
