One should not try to produce them down on earth, for example.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, this simple game is pure fiction. Presently, Stephen Hawking\u2019s safety guarantee to the planet \u2013 the rapid \u201cevaporation\u201d he described \u2013 renders miniature black holes innocuous, his recent modifications notwithstanding.<\/p>\n<p>There are some voices that <em>c<\/em> is indeed globally constant (<a href=\"http:\/\/eujournal.org\/index.php\/esj\/article\/view\/2608\/2469\">http:\/\/eujournal.org\/index.php\/esj\/article\/view\/2608\/2469<\/a> ).
