Sherwin added that \u201ca great portion\u201d of the money will be donated to a fund for the victims of \u201cstate-sponsored terrorism\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In the middle of August, the U.S. Administration said it had <a href=\"https:\/\/oilprice.com\/Latest-Energy-News\/World-News\/US-Confiscates-Venezuela-Bound-Iranian-Fuel-Cargos.html\">seized the fuel cargo<\/a> of several vessels, alleging that the fuel came from Iran and was going to Venezuela.
