Rafael Reif wrote in a letter to the MIT community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAngelika was a force of nature and a highly valued member of our community,\u201d reflects Tyler Jacks, the David H. Koch Professor of Biology at MIT and director of the Koch Institute. \u201cHer intellect and wit were equally sharp, and she brought unmatched passion to everything she did.
