At a three percent failure rate \u2014 assuming it stays consistent \u2014 that amounts to 1,260 immobilized satellites waiting to smash into<strong> <\/strong>other stuff in space.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would say their failure rate is not egregious,\u201d McDowell told <em>Business Insider<\/em>. \u201cIt\u2019s not worse than anybody else\u2019s failure rates.
