After investing $1 billion in the San Francisco startup last year to become OpenAI\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.engadget.com\/microsoft-openai-supercomputer-azure-150001119.html\">exclusive cloud partner<\/a>, Microsoft will get access to the language tech for itself and its Azure cloud customers.<\/p>\n<p>OpenAI released GPT-3 just a couple of months ago to a limited group of developers, but its capabilities have already generated massive amounts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/07\/29\/opinion\/gpt-3-ai-automation.html\" target=\"_blank\">buzz<\/a>.
