For starters, the Japanese physician and longevity expert lived until the age of 105.<\/p>\n<p>When he died, in 2017, Hinohara was chairman emeritus of St. Luke\u2019s International University and honorary president of St. Luke\u2019s International Hospital, both in Tokyo.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps best known for his book, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Living-Long-Good\/dp\/4896842782?tag=lifeboatfound-20\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cLiving Long, Living Good,\u201d<\/a> Hinohara offered advice that helped make Japan the world leader in longevity.
