The firms did not disclose terms of the agreement.<\/p>\n<p>BioMed, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/boston\/real_estate\/2015\/10\/biomed-to-be-acquired-by-blackstone-in-deal-valued.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investment giant Blackstone acquired<\/a> in 2016, has a local portfolio spanning 3.5 million square feet, including a number of properties in Cambridge, as well as facilities in Watertown and Boston\u2019s Longwood Medical Area.
