It\u2019s a bizarre discovery, and one that could potentially lead to better genetic treatments for humans.<\/p>\n<p><b>Neat Trick<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Researchers from the Marine Biological Laboratory found that the squid alters the RNA within its axons instead of the DNA within its nuclei, <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/nar\/advance-article\/doi\/10.1093\/nar\/gkaa172\/5809668\">according to research<\/a> published Monday in the journal <em>Nucleic Acids Research<\/em>.
