These could dramatically improve\/weaken the effects of the virus.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"See Andrew Yang&#039;s reaction to plan to send Americans checks\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/iSWgntorngk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s also some hope that things are better than they seem anyway. There\u2019s growing evidence that a lot of people have COVID-19 but have such mild symptoms that they aren\u2019t being tested and counted as confirmed cases \u2014 which means the death rate and statistics about severe cases are much better than they seem. Additionally, it\u2019s possible a larger share of the population is immune to the virus than initially thought:<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>There are plenty of things to consider with regards to the ongoing coronavirus COVID-19 crisis \u2014 dozens or hundreds of important matters. I am not a medical expert in any way, but like others, I\u2019ve been compelled to obsessively read about this stuff and also see what rises to the top of social media and conventional media.<\/p>\n<p>While much focus is put on <a href=\"https:\/\/cleantechnica.com\/2020\/03\/15\/why-coronavirus-is-shutting-everything-down-you-need-to-stay-home\/\">the need for social distancing at this time<\/a> and considering the best path forward economically (whether it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Scaramucci\/status\/1240127210868166662\">this plan<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/iSWgntorngk\">this plan<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/chrisjollyhale\/status\/1240339482592907270\">this plan<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/NnXeH7LKADA\">one of these plans<\/a> \u2014 I know, those are snapshots of plans or superficial <em>ideas<\/em> for plans), and while medical professionals work on vaccines that may be available in 14 months or so, other medical professionals have been focusing their attention on what works for softening the symptoms of COVID-19 or even turning a patient negative.<\/p>\n<p>Again, I am not a medical professional, but a few promising stories have popped up that I thought I\u2019d share.
